Soul Guidance Sessions

Are you struggling with a problem, dilemma or stuck-ness in your life?  Would you like to learn how to better honor your spirit in work, relationships, finances, family and other rea-world situations?

Soul guidance is a guided discovery of your own values and purpose.   You will come away from each session with profound insights, new information and the power to move forward with grace and joy.

Soul guidance is spiritually-based coaching.  You set the direction, determine the desired outcomes and assess your own progress throughout the process.  Each session is at least 90 minutes in length, to allow ample time to explore an issue in depth.

Reclaiming Hatha Yoga as Spiritual Practice

On Tuesdays at 7:00pm and Thursdays at 7:15pm in Easthampton and  we are now offering "Yoga and Meditation."  This class focuses on calming the nervous system, training the mind in concentration techniques, and dramatically reducing stress.

With regular participation, students will learn how to lift their mood, tap into their unconscious power, easily shed negative habits, and develop the high level of concentration described in the yoga sutras.  

Approximately half of our time will be spent doing moderately challenging postures. The sequence is specially ordered and timed to produce maximum stress release. The posture portion will be adaptable to all levels of ability.

The remaining time will include instruction on yoga pranayama (breathwork for cleansing and energy increase) and various meditation techniques.  These will also be suitable for beginners.

Over the years, yoga has become more diverse and more fitness-focused.  This class draws on my early experiences of yoga, when yoga was more commonly considered a training path for spiritual seekers and those interested in tapping into the hidden powers of the mind, as well as creating a healthier body.  

I am pleased and proud to be able to offer this class to our students.  I am excited for folks to experience this unique class.

You will find the instructions are very clear and direct.  These recordings are most useful for folks who have attended some classes in person.

If you have Fallon, (most plans) they will reimburse you $200/individual, $400/family for yoga purchased in 2009.  This applies to yoga classes OR private lessons purchased in 2009. (Payments must be made to a yoga facility like ours--not to individual teachers--according to the rep I spoke with.)

You can purchase any class card we offer at our studio from our website (sorry, gift certificates don't count).  You can bring your receipt to the studio at your first class.  It's that easy!  go to our website.

If you purchased any package from us in 2009, I can help you get your money:

You will need to provide credit card statements or cancelled checks. 

You will also need a letter from us, which I am happy to provide.  I have all records of your payments and attendance dates on file.  I can help you determine how much of your benefit you have left to spend for 2009.

You need to fill out a form for reimbursement.  You can download this.

You have until March to apply for reimbursement for 2009.
